Do you have a hairstylist you love?
Someone who makes you feel beautiful every time you sit in their chair? Now you can give them the ultimate gift: the chance to give back. When a survivor first arrives at a shelter, the first 48 hours can be overwhelming. Many survivors look in the mirror and barely recognize the person staring back at them. When you sponsor your hairstylist, you provide a stipend for their time, allowing them to step away from their salon and bring dignity back to someone who deserves it.

Volunteer as BFF Junior Ambassador
Are you a pageant queen, a student leader, or a young person ready to make a difference? Step up and help BFF America change the world.
Becoming a Junior Ambassador is more than just volunteering—it is a chance to build your resume, find your voice, and change your life. (And yes, we happily provide signed verification letters for school or court-ordered community service hours!)
What You Will Do
As a BFF Junior Ambassador, you are the face of our movement. Your mission is to help BFF America work by:
- Deliver Hope: Help us deliver NVP wristbands directly to schools.
- Inspire with Your Voice: Prepare and deliver a powerful speech to students about the true meaning of nonviolence.
- Lead the Fun: Host a 30-minute arts and crafts session, teaching students how to braid the original NVP yarn bands.
- Teach the Core: Make sure young people truly understand the pledge: nonviolence, self-respect, and protecting our Mother Earth.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for passionate young leaders, students, and advocates who believe that nonviolence begins with them. You do not need prior experience—just a willing heart and a desire to make the world a better place.
